  STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS

• Boil half cup water, add 1.5 teaspoon chai mix, bring to a slight boil and let it simmer at low heat for 5 minutes
• Add half cup milk and let it simmer a bit
• Serve a perfect cup with sugar, jaggery or honey
